Peri-Peri Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken thighs or breasts (bone-in or boneless)
- 3 tablespoons La Sabrosa Peri-Peri mix
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Marinade:- In a large bowl, combine La Sabrosa Peri-Peri mix, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
Marinate the Chicken:
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- If grilling, cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- If baking, place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the grill or oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
