Scrambled eggs with tomato and spices

Ingredients:

  • Egg (2-3 pcs)
  • Onion sliced small cubes (2 pcs)
  • Dried Basil (half-teaspoon)
  • Coriander Seed (grinded half-teaspoon)
  • Kashmiri Chili (depends on your spice level)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Cumin (grinded half-teaspoon)
  • Tomato sliced small cubes (1 large or 2 small pc.)
Steps:
1. In a bowl, mixed the battered egg, basil, coriander, chili, cumin and, salt (according to taste)
2. Heat the pan, add oil
3. Sauté the onion once you smell the aroma, add the tomato
4. Cook the tomato, add salt according to taste
5. Once the tomato looks soft, mushy and the skin is peeling away
6. Add the scrambled eggs
7. Mixed until it gets cook
9. Transfer on plate. You can spread cream cheese on top or garnish with chopped cilantro and pair with your favorite bread.
