Pumpkin Spice Drink Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
- Additional cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Heat the Milk: In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it’s hot but not boiling.
- Add Ingredients: Whisk in the pumpkin puree, sugar or maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, and ground cloves until well combined and heated through.
- Optional Coffee Addition: If using coffee or espresso, pour it into your mug.
- Combine: Pour the pumpkin spice milk mixture over the coffee, stirring to combine.
